The Thermal Cut Out Switch automatically allows the element to cool down and then re-activate, switching the element back on. This particular unit is a 175°C 15amp Thermal Cut Out Switch.
The Thermal Cut Out Switch is suitable for the 35L BrewZilla and the 35L DigiBoil systems.
The Thermal Cut Out Switch is mounted directly to the heating element. As soon as the heating element gets too hot, the bi-metal switch will activate and cut the power out to the element.
Please Note:
When using the Thermal Cut Out Switch, it can trigger an E3 or E4 error reading on the LCD display.
