Premium Oak Cubes are intended to introduce premium barrel flavours. The cubes can be placed in the maturation vessel and allowed to float freely or be tied down. Oak cubes can also be inserted into used barrels to replenish oak flavours by using an oak infusion tube. Innerstave oak cubes are best used during post fermentation.
