Product Details

The history of the Blonde Ale finds its ancestors in the centuries old traditions of both Pale Ale and Kölsch. Modern Blonde Ales are now brewed across the world, each having its own slight variation on the same theme. It’s important to note that blonde does not just denote the colour of the beer. It is typically an easy-drinking ale, with a low but pleasing hop bitterness and light malty sweetness. It is a light to medium-bodied ale, which has a balance between light sweetness, spice and low to medium fruity ester flavours. Like all blondes, no matter where in the world they originate from, there’s more to a true Blonde than meets the eye.

The Millside Blonde Recipe can be found on our website under the category Recipes, with easy to follow instructions.
