Sanox is a free rinsing peroxyacetic based antimicrobial product developed for a wide range of sanitizing applications in the dairy, meat, poultry, food processing and beverage industry.
Sanox is recommended for use on pre-cleaned surfaces such as equipment, pipelines, tanks, vats, fillers and evaporators.
Advantages:
No foaming improves CIP efficiency.
Free rinsing, therefore providing a one-step use.
Effective at low concentrations.
May be used as a sanitizer and an acidified rinse simultaneously.
Removes established biofilm and prevents growth.
pH range tolerant.
Directions for Use:
Clean surfaces with a recommended detergent solution. Followed by a potable water rinse.
Sanitize at a dilution rate of 10ml – 20ml of Sanox concentrate to 1000ml of water.
Use immersion, course spray or circulation techniques as appropriate to the equipment.
All surfaces should be exposed to sanitising solution for a period of at least 2 minutes or more.
Drain any excess solution.
DO NOT RINSE.
Do not reuse the remaining solution for sanitization.
Precautions:
Gloves and goggles must be worn as a precaution when handling the concentrated solution.
