SOUTHERN SUBLIME - CROP 20
Southern Sublime is a South African grown hop which is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.
Southern Sublime hops feature complex fruit, citrus, mango and plums aromas similar to Kool-Aid. It has a classic noble hop character with a fruity terroir backdrop.
Southern Sublime works well with intensely hop-forward beers like modern India Pale Ales.
These are the common ranges that we've seen with Southern Sublime hops over the years. Each year's crop can yield hops that have slightly different qualities, so these number ranges are based on history.
