The Hop Tube is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel and it is ideal for addling larger amounts of hop pellets, flowers or spices to a Kettle, Keg and or Boiler without the concern of blocking the pump.
Uses:
The Hop Tube with Chain can also be used in a Brew-House Kettle or Boiler, 19L Corny Keg, Kegmenter, etc.
Please Note:
The Hop Tube will not fit into a 50L Keg as the opening is not wide enough to accommodate the tube.
Additional Information:
The Hop Tube has been manufactured using a fine mesh which will prevent large particles from blocking the Dip Tube, Pumps or Chillers.
The Hop Tube will hold approximately 150g of Pelleted Hops, allowing for enough space to permit full extraction of the Hop Oils.
The Hop Tube is ideal for Dry Hopping in a Keg. It is also ideal for adding fruit, wood chips, botanicals, spices and flowers to a Brew.
The Hop Tube also includes a small ring to allow the unit to be hung from the Keg Lid or side of the vessel.
